Rosemary Beach is an upscale gulf front community on the east end of 30A on the Emerald Coast. It is noted for its emerald waters, white sandy beaches, and unique, outstanding Dutch and West Indies inspired architecture.
It is named after the rosemary that grows among the sand dunes. It is located two miles west of another upscale gulf front community, Carillon Beach, and six miles east of the well known Seaside.

The village centers around beautiful Barrett Square, with lanes leading off in all directions and connecting it with outlying pastoral green spaces, a racquet club featuring eight clay tennis courts, a fitness center, four swimming pools, with one being heating and enclosed, and the emerald waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

The town center features shopping, eating establishments from fine dining to ice cream and coffee shops, a day spa, and a bike path along 30A. The green spaces provide ideal settings for playing croquet or bocce ball or just being a spectator. Rosemary Beach is also within a short drive on 30A to a golf course designed by Tom Fazio.
